Before real estate I worked the buildings. HVAC foreman and superintendent. Downtown work. Hospital and clinic work in Austin, including Dell Children’s. The mechanical side, the structure, the thing that is wrong behind the wall.
Most agents have not stood in the building. I have stood in many. When we walk your house, I am not only reading the listing. I am looking at what the photo cannot show.
I do not hand you an inspection checklist. I do not pretend to replace the inspector. I walk it with you, so the file starts with eyes that have been on a job site.
The move and the families
I made the California-to-Texas move myself. The tax, the heat, the commute, the wrong suburb. I learned them here.
