The listing agent works for the owner. I work for you. Date, deposit, what the photos hid, and the story the application does not tell. Credit, a move, a gap. I do not send you in alone with a form and wish you luck.
We walk it. Then you apply.
I came up in construction. I look at the building, not the wide shot. If the place is wrong for the date you need keys, I say so before you pay an application fee to find out. Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, Round Rock, and Austin when that is the house.

You will know the number before you write a check. On a listing in the MLS, the owner’s side usually covers most of my fee. I confirm that on the address, not as a guess on this page. If a place has no cooperation, I tell you before we chase it. We stay on MLS listings when we can.
You get me. Not a weekend tour.
This is not one showing with no agreement. Once you are on the file, I search, show, and negotiate as yours. English and Spanish. Licensed since 2016. I am not the property manager after you move in. I am the agent who gets you the keys.
