Custom construction on a lot
We start with the lot, the plans, and the budget. Custom floor plans are available. You do not pick from a builder’s limited set and hope it works. We match the plan to the lot, the elevation, and what you actually want to live in. I walk the numbers and the contract with you before anything is signed.
Renovations and remodeling
Kitchen, baths, addition, or full remodel. The same standard applies. We look at what the house can support, what the market will return, and what you want to keep. You get the work done without managing the crew or the permits yourself.
How the file works
You tell me what you want — custom build or renovation. I send the agreement. We walk the lot or the house. My father handles the construction side. I stay on the real estate side, so the numbers, the contract, and the timeline stay clean.

Yes. Tell me the address and what you want changed. We walk it and the numbers first.
3. Who does the construction?

4. Can I finance the build?
Yes. Personal loan or, better, a real estate loan. I walk the numbers with you so the file stays clean. Start the file and I will send the agreement.
5. Can I finance a remodel or whole-home remodel?
Yes. A HELOC is one option. The right structure depends on the house and what you want done. Start the file. I will send the agreement and we will look at the numbers together.
